I have to say, we were skeptical but oh my god. What an amazing weekend. We booked for my sister in laws hen. We booked the sea side lodges but due to some maintenance work we were moved to the west lake chalets. It was the most amazing weekend, staff on site can’t do enough for you. We have honestly had such a brilliant weekend so thank you!

Not long back from 4 night break. What a lovely place to stay. Apartment was lovely. Food was nice on site. We had all inclusive drinks package, was great having alcoholic drinks and coffee whenever we wanted it. Seen two great performances, ed sheeren tribute and Taylor swift. We enjoyed a game of darts in the hotshot bar, were we met two lovely staff members, Ryan and Dekota . They were very helpful and friendly. Hope to come back sometime this year. Amazing site all round, plenty of activities for both the kids and adults. The fun fair area was particularly good as all the rides are unlimited (excluding go karting as pay per go, and the fun stalls like hook a duck) so you could go on as many times as you like whilst the rides are open. The entertainment in the evenings was very good and engaging for all, bingo was my personal favourite. A great resort overall and plenty to do for everyone no matter your age.

Absolutely brilliant holiday. Clean apartment. Quiet location. Entertained every night with the great shows (just make sure book them as soon as they become available) It's February so it was cold out but this holiday is all about the entertainment and swimming. Food is generally good, some better than others. Overall, the pe fact five day Feb break.

This is our second year coming and we really enjoyed. The kids absolutely loved it. It feels safe for the older kids to enjoy a bit of freedom and for us parents to relax. The entertainment work so hard and are all so friendly. Some of the bar staff especially a young girl in the bar in the main tent was very rude but she was a one off. Housekeeping never came to give us fresh towels but we took out own so wasn't a big issue. Lots of all ages to do. We went with 6 kids aged from 2 to 10 and there is something there for them all. Would highly recommend buying the all inclusive drinks package.

We went to the adult "Ibiza" weekend and had a great time. Of course you need to manage your own expectations, don't expect a 5* resort. However, the accommodation was clean, buffet food "did the job", the staff were really friendly and the music was great. All in all a nice weekend.

We stayed here for 3 nights with 2 grandchildren (aged 3 and 6) and their other 2 grandparents. The accommodation was basic but more than adequate for our needs. We only had one issue - a nasty smell coming from the drains after a shower. However, that was quickly rectified after a quick phone call and it did not happen again. The food was amazing, considering that it is mass produced. Absolutely delicious and always hot! Great choice at breakfast! The pools were fantastic and the children had a great time. The entertainment was very professional and clearly a lot of effort had been put in to make it enjoyable. We booked a couple of activities for the children and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The price we paid was very reasonable too, so we came away feeling very happy about our experience. Thoroughly recommended for a family holiday!!

We've just got home from our first ever Butlins holiday, as we thought it would be the perfect winter break with a toddler and a baby, although we didn't know what to expect really. We had a brilliant time and the value for money was amazing, although there were some parts that looked a little tired (although it seems they are doing renovations), the cleanliness in our lodge was amazing and the gardens/flower beds close to skyline pavilion were so well kept! The only issue we encountered was it was advertised that our accommodation came with housekeeping, however by Wednesday lunchtime this hadn't happened we rang up to check on this or to find out where we could empty our bins and the lady on the phone apologised and said we would have housekeeping by 5pm, we returned to our accommodation later that evening to find this had never happened. In the mean time we realised where the bins were and emptied the bins, so no problem, but not as advertised, and could definitely do with some more signposts/information in your accommodation to let everyone know where the closest recycling point is! Other than that small blip, would not fault our break and we'll definitely be back!
